Return policies

Sorry, we don't accept returns we only accept exchanges according to exchange policies, so make sure you want the product before confirming the order.

You have 3 days from the time the delivery man confirms you received the item. For gifts you will have 7 days instead. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or un worn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the corresponding receipt.

Of Course If the order status is still pending you can request cancelation, For customized products, NO cancellation is accepted, So please make sure you want the product before confirming the order.

In case you received a wrong order, damaged, or with other issues, you can request an exchange from the exchange page(here), or you can contact customer support to have a free exchange.

In case you received the product and you change your mind regarding the color for example, or the size doesn't fit well, you can request ONLY exchange according to exchange policies.

here are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns and exchange your product:

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 3 days from delivery.
  2. The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  3. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies, etc. Kindly check the Non-Returnables list.
  4. Defective products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  5. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  6. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  7. Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  8. Fragile items, hygiene-related items.

The items that can not be returned are:

  1. Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
  2. When the offer notes state so specifically are items that cannot be returned.
  3. Items that fall into the below product types:

Music albums
Beauty & Fragrances
Hair Care products
Chocolates or chocolate boxes
Cigars and Cigar Boxes
Gift Cards
Greeting cards
Beauty accessories such as headpieces, eyelashes, eye lenses, and eye serums

If you want to exchange products at different prices, the difference must be paid, or in case the new product price is less than the main product we can add the money to your wallet or send them via money transfer agencies.

If the fault is from the supplier, you will not pay extra fees, the supplier will pay for it (in case of wrong item, wrong color, or damaged item), In case you changed your mind and want to exchange you need to pay extra delivery fees.

We accept the return of the product only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however, in this case, please contact us for more information.

A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging. Packaging should be the same as when it was delivered to you.
